Reference number 54BKLM, Passenger SUN/YUNGUO flew PEK/HKG/JNB/MSU. Passenger was through checked to MSU and was issued all boarding passes, but when he gets to JNB JNBMSU he was denied boarding and the history shows CX PEK did cancel and rebook different class, so the passenger missed the flight and had to buy a new ticket.
Kindly assist how the passenger can be reimbursed as it was not his fault, but the CX airline that tempered with JNBMSU 4Z52/16jan.
