Extremely pathetic customer service. The website said the Rome office on via Baberini closes at 17:00 hrs.. I travelled a long distance to get there. I was spoken to through a speaker outside the main door of the building and simply told that my issue of paying for extra baggage can be done at the airport. I felt extremely belittled.. The website said they deal with this at the main office.
I have a business class ticket and was told that Turkish Airlines is very good. I am extremely disappointed and will probably revert to the airlines I usually use.
