Bonjour je vous envoie ce mail car je suis arrivée à Rodrigues le lundi 15 janvier le matin MK1110 et sur 7 passagers dans l avion je n ai pas eu ma valise.
Je suis revenue sur Maurice pour continuer mes vacances le jeudi 18 janvier par le vol MK121 ET LÀ ma valise est reparti sur Rodrigues donc déclaration de perte de bagages l hôtesse au bureau m à confirmer que ma valise revenait ce jour pour la fin d après-midi et livré à la Lakaz Chamarel.
Et depuis aucune nouvelle, lundi matin je me suis déplacé à l aéroport pour que l on me donne une réponse et j ai eu de nouveau l hôtesse qui m à confirmer que ma valise était toujours à Rodrigues.
Donc sachant que je reprends l avion très très tôt samedi matin pour la France et la compagnie Air France.
Donc je sollicite une réponse de votre part et que ma valise soit renvoyé sur Maurice et que je sois prévenu des son arrivée.
J ai envoyé multiple mails sur bagagescleam mais aucune réponse.
