Dear Sir / Madam,
We traveled from Frankfurt Germany (FRA) to Ching Mai Thailand (CNX) on 03rd January 2024 with MU 220.
We landed in Shanghai SHA instead of Shanghai PVG because of bad weather.
We missed the connecting flight from PVG to CNX MU 205.
We staid in Shanghai overnight and traveled to Bangkok Thailand BKK on the following day (05th January 2025), because no China Eastern flight to CNX was available in the coming days. We organized a transfer from BKK to CNX by ourselves.
When we were going to the hotel in Shanghai our baggage MU 636928 was NOT available.
We are now in Chiang Mai Thailand.
Please search for our Missing Baggage MU 636928 and send it to us in Chiang Mai. – Thank you.
We can also pick up the suitcase at the airport in Chiang Mai Thailand CNX.
