Air Canada San Diego Office in California

Hello
We travelled with Air Canada between Paris and San Diego with a stopover in Montreal. The plane from Paris was 3h late and when we arrived in Montreal we had to rush to catch the flight Montreal San Diego. Air Canada had planned to make us stay at the Montreal airport from 6pm until the next day 5am to resume the flight with stopover in Toronto which was very inconvenient especially because no Notes were planned by the company.
We were only able to collect our luggage 48 hours later which was very penalizing because we stay in San Diego for five days..
We did not make any purchase to beg for the lack of our luggage but we would like to benefit from upgrade on the return flight
