There is nowhere on your website to place a pensinado number or other panama identication linked to the personal COPA identification. Also, I was informed that when making an online reservation, a popup would come up when I identified as a senor citizen. This, obviously, is false. There is no indication informing passengers that senior citizens must call reservation services. Even with searching for senior citizen discount does it say anywhere that you have to call customer support. I tried to get my discount and was told I had to file out a form and submit it to get my discount. I was told that it was attached to my account and anytime I made a reservation it would be applied. This also, I found out, was false. Tonight, the supervisor said every senior citizen knows they have to call customer service to get the discount. Because I made my reservation online, there was no way to apply my discount. Now, why have I been able to make an online reservation and get my discount. The supervisor also stated quote, if I didn’t want to follow the rules, then I could choose another airline to fly. Unquote. As to customer service calls, why are the wait times, when you press “English” the wait time is measured in hours and when I press “Spanish” it is measured in minutes? Why don’t customer service representatives actually speak English, in Spanish rapido si you can understand what they are saying? And the wait times to get anything done is significant and if you hold too long, you’re disconnected and have to start the waiting game all over! I set the phone down, fixed dinner, mixed a drink, ate dinner, watch the Panama news channel and longer before the phone was answered? And then it took me an hour to make a reservation for a flight from David to PC. You think I kid you. I have lived hear for 6 years and this is routine. I would love to be paid to fix your online and customer service reservation system. Your parent company, United, doesn’t have this issue. Why do YOU?
